When you are looking for custom flags there are a few things you need to consider:

Standard Flag Sizes
Standard Sizes: 90cm x 180cm (Standard) This is most common for outside use on a 6m flag pole.
Other common sizes are:
40cm x 60cm – 60cm x 90cm – 120cm x 180cm – 150cm x 240cm – 180cm x 360cm
We can make any size you require. You are not limited to the above sizes.
Our machines are 3.2m wide. This means we can print flags 310cm wide with no sew line.

Flag Materials
We provide you with the very best flag materials on the market.
- 100D Polyester (Promotional Use) Example use: Hand flags, Event flags, give away flags.
- 200D Knitted Polyester (For Digital Printing) Example: Pole flags for outside use.
- 500D Woven Polyester (For Screen Printing) and (For Digital Printing) Example: Pole flags for outside use / harsh conditions.
Single sided or Double sided?
- Single sided Single sided reverse flags means the front side will be 100% and the back side will be 85-90% bleed through.
- Double sided with block out Double sided flags have a middle block out material to stop the see through. We print two flags and sew them back to back. This means you will see the flag image correct on both sides.

We do all the hard work from designing, proofing, production to make ordering super easy!

Submit Quote Request
Submit a quote using the online form. We will reply within the same day with a cost. We use forms to give you lower prices to suit your custom flag request.

Artwork Proofing
When you wish to move forward, our artwork team will email you a flag proof. This service is free. You can request as many changes as you like.

Proof Approved - Invoicing
Once you approve your flag design layout we issue you with the invoice for payment. Purchase Orders are accepted or full payment before production.

Production and Shipping
When a PO or Payment is received we start production. In most cases production will take 72hr. When finished, we pack, ship and email you a tracking number.
