Ordering From Is Simple
- First you request a custom flag or banner quote.
- We then email you, a quote with a total price delivered to you.
- If you like our price and would like to go ahead we will send you a digital flag proof.
- Once you approve the flag proof we then send over a payment link with an invoice.
- When your order is finished we will dispatch and email you a tracking number.
1. What payment options do you offer?
We accept all major credit cards. You can place payments by phone or online through our secure online payment invoice. Eft payments are also accepted.
2. Do you accept PO's
Purchase Orders are accepted.
3. What is your refund policy
We offer a 7 days money back guarantee on stocked flags, starting from when the flags leave our factory once this period is over we accept no responsibility to the flag or flags.
We offer no refund on custom made flags please be sure you are happy with your quote and proof before you make payment.
Should the custom flags not be made to the proof you approved we would remake your order free of charge.
